"Low"refers to the height of the teeth,which reduces the depth of engagement,but its conjugate tooth profile is long,and the carrying capacity is improved.
"Fat"refers to the wide teeth and the large radius of tooth root,which can enhance the strength of tooth root and reduce the risk of root fracture.
At the same time,the number of teeth involved in meshing increases,the load per unit area decreases,the stress distribution in the flexure is improved,and the wear on the working surface of the gear is reduced.
The cosine curve is adopted to reduce the deformation of the flexure,which greatly improves the life of the fleshy wheel.
